Members of kingdom Fungi possess cell wall made up of chitin and polysaccharides. 

They are eukaryotes and therefore have well defined nucleus with nuclear membrane. Most fungi are heterotrophic and absorb soluble organic matter from dead substrates and hence are called saprophytes.

Phagotrophs feeds by ingesting organisms or organic particles, which are digested within its body. For example, Amoeba move and capture their prey by putting out pseudopodia (false feet).
