Which one of the following laws directly explains the law of conservation of mass?

Avogadro law states that under the same conditions of pressure and temperature, equal volumes of different gases contain an equal number of molecules. 

For instance, two volume of hydrogen combined with one volume of oxygen to form two volume of water without any unreactive oxygen. This implies that whole reactants convert into product, this obeys the law of conservation of mass also.
