Detailed Solution

Right against Exploitation in Article 23 of the Indian Constitution prohibits forced labour or begar. First, it states that no person shall be forced to work against his/her. Secondly, it states that any person working below the minimum wage is considered a bonded labourer. Unfortunately, many communities are forced to work in factories, mines, or in hazardous conditions without payment; if paid, their wages are often less than the minimum wage. In both conditions, the workers are considered forced into labour, exploiting their will and rights. Additionally, this Article also banned human trafficking, i.e., the buying and selling of men and women for illegal and immoral activities.
