Detailed Solution

Gandhiji agreed not to launch any further mass agitation against the British is not related to the Gandhi-Irwin Pact.
The Gandhi Irwin Pact didn't guarantee that Gandhi would not organise any further mass disturbance against the British. Nevertheless, on 5 March 1931, Gandhiji and Lord Irwin, the Viceroy of India, endorsed an agreement. The deal was supported on the foundation of the success of the Salt Satyagraha by Gandhiji against the atrocities of the British on the Indian public. Gandhiji, alongside other leaders, was detained. Lord Irwin needed to stop the development as it accumulated massive media consideration, inconveniencing the British domain. Gandhiji was set free from jail, and Lord Irwin marked the settlement soon.
