Which organism(s) can make organic compounds like sugar from inorganic substances using the radiant energy of the Sun in the presence of chlorophyll?

All green plants and certain bacteria like blue-green algae are able to synthesise food by the process of photosynthesis. These organisms are called producers. 

These organisms contain a photosynthetic pigment called chlorophyll in their cells which helps in trapping the radiant energy of the sun.  The radiant energy is used to synthesise organic compounds like sugar from inorganic substances like water and carbon dioxide.
