Detailed Solution

The unorganised sector of the service sector is not growing in importance. A large number of workers in the small-scale industries, casual workers, rickshaw pullers, street vendors and load workers, trade and transport, barely manage to earn a living. They still have to work because they don't have any alternative. They are being forced to work minimum wages and overtime just to earn 2 square meals a day. They are forced to live in poverty for the rest of their lives because they don't have the facilities to get employed in the organized sector on a decent salary. Their earnings are so low and irregular. They do not get to enjoy any job security and are always hired on a contract or temporary basis.
