Detailed Solution

Institutional Revolutionary Party in Mexico never lost any election till 2000.
In Mexico, the Institutional Revolutionary Party was quite powerful until 2000. There are several explanations for this. Until 2000, the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) won every election in Mexico. Opposition parties ran in elections but were never successful. All government employees were required to attend its party meetings. Government school teachers used to compel parents to vote for the PRI. Except to criticise them, the media mostly ignored the activities of opposing political groups. Sometimes polling booths were relocated from one location to another at the last minute, making it impossible for people to vote. The PRI invested a lot of money in its candidates' campaigns.
