Which radiation absorbed by earth’s atmosphere leads to greenhouse effect?

Infrared Rays is absorbed by the earth’s atmosphere, which leads to greenhouse effect.

Some of the infrared radiation (IR radiations) from the Sun and most is absorbed and re-emitted in all directions which majorly helps to maintain the warmth on Earth. This absorption is because of the greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane. However, with increased levels of greenhouse gases, the absorption of infrared rays increases leading to global warming.
