Which scientist described the arrangement of electrons in an atom?

Neils Bohr was the scientist who described the arrangements of electrons in an atom. Bohr's model of the atom describes that the nucleus is the centre and electrons revolve around the nucleus in fixed energy shells. Each orbit has fixed energy and contains a circular orbit which is known as an orbital shell. Energy levels in orbits are represented by the integer 1,2,3 which is known as quantum number.
