Let 210 is the nth term of the given AP.
∴ a n  =210, a=21 and  d=42−21 ⇒d=21
Formula for the n th term:
a n =a+ n−1 ×d
a +  n−1 d =210 ⇒21+ n−1 ×21=210 ⇒21n =210 ⇒ n =10 Therefore, 210 is the 10th term of the AP.
