Detailed Solution

The Treaty of Constantinople, 1832, recognised Greece as an independent state.
As nationalism and the echoing of nationalists' feelings spread across the people, the uproar for the independence of Greece became possible. Many of the educated European elites supported the freedom of Greece as well. In 1821, a struggle for Greece's liberation started, and it triggered the growth of revolutionary nationalism in Europe. At last, the battle culminated in the Treaty of Constantinople of 1832, which recognised Greece as an independent nation.
