Detailed Solution

The Nagpur session of the Indian National Congress was held in 1920. The ignorance of the Indian National Congress over the proposal for the introduction of the Non-Cooperation movement as a strategy to combat the British administration system by not cooperating and disobeying the imposed British laws and regulations was finally accepted and adopted at the Nagpur session of the Indian National Congress, which was held in November 1920. The proponent of the idea of the non-cooperation movement was Mahatma Gandhi because he anticipated that it would reflect the suffocation of Indians under the rule of the British.
