Detailed Solution

G.P. Koirala became the prime minister of Nepal in 2006 as the 2006 Second in Style Movement for Democracy re-established democracy in Nepal. G.P. Koirala was an officer for over sixty years and was the primary leader of his own political workers’ movement. He was non-appointive because he was the Prime Minister and therefore dominated from 2006 to 2008. On April 24, 2006, the Day of Judgment of the Demand, the king was forced to concede all three demands. The SPA selected Girija Prasad Koirala as the new Prime Minister of the interim government. The reconditioned parliament met and passed laws, putting off most of the powers of the king. The SPA and the Maoists came to an understanding regarding how the new Constituent Assembly was to be non-appointive.
