Detailed Solution

Otto-Peters said that women should have equal rights.
Louis Otto-Peters was an apolitical activist between 1815 to 1895. He founded a women's journal and a feminist political association subsequently. He advocated for liberty for all human beings and should not be intended for the benefit of half of humanity- men. In addition, another writer, also known as an anonymous reader, said that discrimination against women based on gender is an injustice and that women should have equal rights, such as the right to vote because even an illiterate man has the right. On the other hand, Carl Welcker was a known liberal political thinker who believed that equality between the genders is a reckless thought as women are weaker than men.
