Detailed Solution

Ulema issued a fatwa.
A qualified legal scholar's formal judgment or interpretation of a matter of Islamic law is known as a "fatwa" in the religion of Islam (known as a mufti). Frequently, fatwas are given in response to inquiries from people or Islamic tribunals. Although regarded as authoritative, fatwas are typically not treated as final decisions; a requester who considers a fatwa unpersuasive is free to consult with another authority. Anybody may seek the well-considered opinion or interpretation of an aalim (the singular form of ulema), an Islamic scholar, on any matter of ambiguity under Islamic law.
