Detailed Solution

Metternich described Mazzini as ‘the most dangerous enemy of our social order.
1)      Giuseppe Mazzini was a patriot as well as an Italian revolutionary who was born in Genoa in 1807. He was sent into exile at the age of 24 for attending a revolution in Liguria.
2)      The young man founded two secret societies, Young Italy and Young Europe, in Marseilles and Berne. This society included members from Poland, France, Italy, and the German States who also believed in the concept of nation.
3)      Duke Metternich, an Austrian Chancellor, reportedly referred to this young man as the most dangerous enemy of the social order. Metternich said so, as Mazzini constantly struggled against the monarchy and democratic republic society.
