Who discovered Golgi Apparatus?

The Golgi apparatus is a single membrane-bound organelle found in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells. It is named after the Italian scientist Camillo Golgi, who discovered it in 1898 while studying nerve cells in the brain. Golgi developed a staining technique that allowed him to visualize the structure of the Golgi apparatus, which consists of a series of flattened, stacked membrane sacs.
