Kunwar Singh fought the Revolt of 1857 from Bihar.
Kunwar Singh served as a general in the 1857 revolt in India. He belonged to the Bhojpur district of the Indian state of Bihar's Ujjainiya clan of the Jagdishpur Parmar Rajputs' Maharaja Zamindar family. He was in charge of organising the struggle against the British in Bihar. The most common name he used was Veer Kunwar Singh.
