Detailed Solution

Vladimir Lenin gave the April Theses.
Upon returning to Petrograd from his exile in Switzerland in April 1917 via Germany and Finland, the head of the Bolshevik movement, Vladimir Lenin, issued a list of ten orders known as the "April Theses." The majority of the theses were directed at fellow Bolsheviks who were living in Russia or were exiles who were coming home. When the April Conference of Bolsheviks met in 1917, Vladimir Lenin offered a list of 10 points he called "The April Theses." The fundamental goals of the April Theses were to direct Bolshevik efforts toward fighting the temporary administration, to advance a socialist revolution, and to establish the foundation for a proletariat-led government. Some demands included ending the conflict, land transfers to the peasants, and bank nationalisation.
