Detailed Solution

Duke Metternich hosted the ‘Treaty of Vienna’.
The allied powers such as Austria, Great Britain, Prussia, and Russia, officially agreed to draft a solution for Europe in the Treaty of Vienna of 1815. The fundamental objective of this treaty was to reverse all of the modifications made to Europe under Napoleon's rule.
Duke Metternich, the Austrian Chancellor, served as the Congress' host. Intending to erase the majority of the transformations that had occurred in Europe at the time of the Napoleonic wars, the negotiators drafted the Treaty of Vienna in 1815.
The Bourbon dynasty was restored to power as part of the Treaty of Vienna, which was signed in 1815. Additionally, France surrendered the areas it had gained during Napoleon.
