Detailed Solution

Stalin started the collectivisation programme.
This scheme combined numerous peasants with modest holdings into one colossal farm. With the aid of a pooled collection of equipment, the farmers farmed all significant collectivised farms. The cultivators divided the farms' revenues among themselves. Stalin started the collectivisation programme in response to severe grain supply constraints and antiquated industrial methods. Hence under this programme, farmers were compelled to work on Kolkhoz or communal farms. Resistance to the collectivisation scheme resulted in harsh punishment, including many deportations and exiles. Farmers in collective farms were required to cultivate. However, a significant portion of the land and equipment was given to the community farms. A part of the "Kolkhoz" profit was distributed to the peasants who cultivated the land.
