Detailed Solution

Bal Gangadhar Tilak raised the slogan, "Freedom is my birthright, and I shall have it!" By the 1890s, Indians had begun to express their displeasure with Congress's political attitude. Leaders like Bipin Chandra Pal, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, and Lala Lajpat Rai began to pursue increasingly extreme goals and techniques in Bengal, Maharashtra, and Punjab. They criticised the Moderates' "politics of prayer" and emphasised the importance of freedom and successful labour while criticising their "politics of prayer." They declared that instead of relying on the government's "good" intentions, people should struggle for Swaraj and rely on their power. As a result, Tilak invented the phrase, "Freedom is my birthright, and I shall obtain it."
