Detailed Solution

Stalin started the collectivisation program in Russia.
The Russian collectivisation initiative did not instantly boost grain production. Stalin implemented collectivisation in the farm's program as a result of severe shortages of grains in the early 1920s and outmoded production methods. Peasants were coerced into working together on collective farms known as "Kolkhoz" as part of this program. Farmers and peasants who rebelled and disobeyed orders to carry out collectivisation programmes were harshly punished, and many of them were even deported and exiled from the nation. The peasants were also permitted to engage in independent farming, but the government treated them insensitively.
