Arthur Young was an advocate, writer and also a Visitor of France. He was an English agriculturist but not a  successful farmer. In 1787, Young first visited France. He used to travel the whole of France from 1787 to 1789. During this time, the french revolution was about to start. At that time, Young was present in France. After getting a clear point of view on the french revolution. He returned to his country, became a great opponent of violence, and modified reforms in English policies. He was inspired a lot by the french revolution.
