Detailed Solution

Liberal Revolutionaries made Louis Phillipe the constitutional monarch in France in 1830. With the emergence of the educated middle class, a sweeping change in the ideology of the masses was seen. They wanted more reforms and their grievances to be heard. The rise of nationalism and liberalism correlated with revolutions in many parts of Europe, such as Germany, Italy, the Ottoman Empire, Ireland, Poland, etc. One of the events in France in 1830 was the Bourbon dynasty, which had been restored after the French revolution, and was upstaged again by the liberal revolutionaries.
