Detailed Solution

Martin Luther was a Religious reformer of Germany. The Ninety-Five Theses, written by Martin Luther, were a challenge to the church in Europe as they criticised many of the rituals and practises of the Roman Catholic Church. Martin Luther was highly critical of the excesses of the Roman Catholic Church. His theses offered the church a challenge to debate his ideas, eventually leading to a division in the church. This is known as the beginning of the Protestant Reformation. The possibility of the wide circulation of ideas was created by print. It created a new world of discussion, debate, and dissent. People were starting to think differently through the print media.
