Detailed Solution

The founder of the Hyderabad state in the 18th Century was Asaf Jah.
The kingdom of Hyderabad was founded by the king Nizam ul Mulk Asaf Jah in the 18th Century. He was one of the most powerful members during the period of Farooq Siyar as the Mughal emperor. From 1724 to 1748, he ruled Hyderabad as its ruler. Initially, he was given the governor's power in the Awadh region and later transferred to the region of Deccan. Since he was already transferred to the Deccan region, he gained control over the administration and financial matters of the Deccan province. Hence it took significantly less time for him to grasp power after the decline of the Mughal Empire.
