Along with forming industrial committees, labour unions, and soldiers' committees, there were also concerns that the government may impose a dictatorship. A provisional administration was established in 1917 in Petrograd, Russia, and Kerensky served as its leader. The interim government commanded by Kerensky was overthrown on November 7, 1917, and this event is known as the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia.
