Banjaras were a group of graziers. These people mostly came from parts of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. They came from a long distance searching for food for their cattle and practised selling plough cattle and other goods to villages in search of grains. Banjaras are still there in some parts of contemporary India. They are working hard with all their power. Banjaras are considered to be a part of this country. Their religious and regional identities are different from the normal community ones
