Detailed Solution

Mulla Abdul Ghafur and Virji Vora were the Great Indian Traders. First The English, Dutch, and French wanted to compete with Mulla Abdul Ghafur and Virji Vora, who owned a large scale ship business. They wanted to use their naval power to gain control of the sea commerce, and they wanted Indian traders to act as their agents or report directly to them. Mulla Abdul Ghafur and Virji Vora were unable to compete with them since the English, Dutch, and French, who had access to the weapons, did not have Indian traders during the exportation process prior to reaching the sea. As a result, European traders expanded their market share while Indian traders declined. Mulla Abdul Ghafur and Virji Vora eventually dropped out of the race.
