Who wrote the poem "The Lake Isle Of Innisfree"?

One of William Butler Yeats' most well-known and most anthologized compositions, "The Lake Isle of Innisfree," was written in 1888. The poem's title refers to a little, uninhabited island in the lake Lough Gill in Yeats' native county of Sligo, Ireland.
