Detailed Solution

Persons have different notions of development as Two persons have conflicting goals. Indeed development for one person may not be developed for another because people have conflicting goals. For example, a girl expects as much freedom and opportunity as her brother, who also shares household work. Her brother might disapprove of these in parallel to each other. People with different genders, castes, occupations, races, education, etc., always have different developmental goals. For example, if a poor person wants better employment opportunities, a labourer is employed but doesn’t get enough wages. Then both have different developmental goals as one needs just employment and the other has worked but needs better salaries.
