Grazing land came to be continuously used, which reduced the quality of pasture.
After the restrictions were imposed, the passive lands disappeared under the plough. The existing animal stock had to feed on whatever the grazing land had left because much of the land was cultivated and used for growing commercial crops. This led to the continuous intensive grazing of these pastures. What used to happen before was that the pastoralists grazed their animals in one area and then moved to another. so that intensive grazing of one land use did not happen. But after the restrictions were imposed, the pastoral moments caused intensive greasing, and it didn't allow time for the natural restoration of vegetation growth, and that's when the quality of pasture declined because of the continuous usage of grazing lands.
