Why is transportation necessary in plants and animals?

In order to make sure that water, food, minerals, and oxygen  reach various body parts, transportation is required in both plants and animals.It supports both cell growth and respiration. The waste materials are transported to the excretory organs, after which they are removed from the body. 

•  The cells of various organs of plants and animals need a variety of vital components to carry out many metabolic operations, and a variety of waste products are created during these metabolic processes.
•  For an organism to survive, it needs to have access to food, water, oxygen, carbohydrates, and hormones.
•  Diffusion and active transport are primarily used by plants to transport gases, water, hormones, minerals, organic material, and other transport-related elements.
