Detailed Solution

Water is renewable because it is renewed and recharged through a hydrological cycle.
A valuable and regenerative resource is water. As opposed to non-renewable resources, which needed millions of years to replace after they were used up, renewable resources are those that can be replenished. Examples of renewable resources are the Sun, wind, and water. Water exists in the oceans, seas, rivers, lakes, and ponds on the world's surface. A portion of this water, as well as water from other sources, evaporates and then returns to the earth in a process known as the water cycle or hydrologic cycle, which is perpetual. However, even a renewable resource can become non-renewable if not handled wisely.
