Why photorespiration does not occur in $C_4$ plants ?

Due to presence of agranal chloroplasts in bundle sheath cells , non cyclic photophosphorylation does  not takes place , resulting that oxygen is not producing and there will be increase  in intracellular $C{O}_2$ concentration in bundle sheath cells , RuBisco invoves in fixation of carbondioxide and photorespiration does not occurs.
