Why should we not waste food?

We should not waste food because food is very precious. Farmers work very hard in the fields to grow crops like rice, wheat, and vegetables. It takes a lot of time, water, and effort for food to reach our plates. At the same time, many people in the world do not get enough food to eat and go hungry every day. If we waste food, it means we are not respecting the hard work of farmers and are being careless about those who are hungry. By eating only as much as we need and not wasting, we show responsibility.
