Detailed Solution

Workers in the Tertiary Sector do not produce goods.
1)      The activities of the tertiary sector help develop the primary and secondary sectors. But these activities, by themselves, do not produce goods but aid the production process.
2)      The tertiary or service actor is the one that does not produce any goods. It happens because they are responsible for providing a support system to the other sectors-Secondary sector (manufacturing) and the Primary sector (raw material).
3)      For example, Banking, Transport, Teaching, Doctor, etc., support both the primary and tertiary sectors.
4)      Most educated persons are involved in the tertiary sector, also known as White Collar Workers.
