Detailed Solution

The tertiary sector employs people who do not produce goods. Workers assist or support the production process by providing services. The progress of the primary and secondary sectors is aided by these activities. However, these operations do not produce good in and of themselves; rather, they serve as a tool in the production process. The tertiary sector, also known as the service sector, does not produce any goods. It occurs because they are in charge of providing a support system for the secondary (manufacturing) and primary (input materials) sectors. Public administration, education, public health, social operations, trade, transportation, financial activities, professional services, consumer services, food and accommodation service activities, real estate, and information and communication technology are some examples of tertiary sector activities.
