Write 11 Principles of Mahatma Gandhi

Mahatma Gandhi laid down 11 guiding principles that shaped his philosophy of life and social reform. These include truth (Satya) and non-violence (Ahimsa), which emphasize honesty and peaceful living. Brahmacharya teaches self-control, while non-stealing (Asteya) and non-possession (Aparigraha) promote simplicity and contentment. Gandhi also stressed fearlessness (Abhaya), encouraging courage in facing challenges. 

Removal of untouchability highlighted his fight for equality and social justice. Bread labor (Shramdaan) underlined the dignity of hard work, and control of the palate taught moderation in food habits. Swadeshi inspired love for local goods and self-reliance, and finally, religious tolerance encouraged respect for all faiths. Together, these principles form a powerful code of conduct that not only guided Gandhi’s life but also continue to inspire humanity towards truth, harmony, and moral strength.
