* Dicotyledonae divided into three sub classes namely polypetalae, gamopetalae and monochlamydae.
* Polypetalae was divided into three series namely Thalamiflorae (with 6-cohorts), Disciflorae (with 4 cohorts) Calyciflorae (with 5 cohorts).
* Gamopetalae was divided into three series namely Inferae (with 3 cohorts), Heteromerae (with 3 cohorts) and Bicarpellatae (with 4 colorts).
* Monochlamydae was divided into 8 series without any cohorts.
* 165 natural orders are included under the Dicotyledonae.
