Detailed Solution
The death sentence, also known as the death penalty, is a legal process by which the state kills a person for crimes he has committed. This punishment has been used by many states, and is often used for violent crimes, especially murder. It is also used in cases of crimes against the state such as sedition, crimes against humanity, espionage, and violent crime while other states use it as part of military justice. There is a mixed reaction to the death penalty depending on one's faith, and the circumstances from which he or she came out. In my view, I do not agree with the death penalty, as I strongly believe that the death penalty is unacceptable and inhumane because it deprives a person of the right to life. The death penalty does not prevent crime, it is an act to eliminate the criminal.
Now, the question arises is whether the death penalty is the most severe form of punishment? What about the arrest of Life? This will make the criminal's life hell. You get a little piece of sky to see, junk food to eat, no company nearby, no friends to chat with, apology for food and endless time to think about what someone has done! Is this life not the same as living death? Won't it serve as a barrier to crime in society?
As for the Bull's Punishment, once the victim is dead, he is dead, there is nothing to bring him back. Killing a criminal is a government-sanctioned murder. How can anyone say that killing is wrong but making it an example!
The second point is that the criminal must be compelled to face the consequences of his actions. The death penalty prevents this. Undoubtedly it frightens the lost, but soon they are dead, so they do not care if that conclusion has been reached. With the demise of prison, there is at least a chance that they will be influenced to at least think about what they did,
Another important point is that as long as you have the death penalty, there is no guarantee that innocent people will not be killed. Such opportunities become impossible in the event of a death sentence.
And there is a possibility that inflation can buy justice! How many millions of people have been sentenced to death? The worst cases have never been confirmed because of the lawyers' ability. And the same skills can show that an innocent person is guilty! To put the death of the innocent, it becomes a very unjust act.
Data showing crime rates in many lands where severe punishment has been executed proves that crime does not really prevent crime. Serious crimes such as murder and rape occur without the death penalty. Although in many states where the death penalty is not allowed, it shows a low crime rate. Long-term imprisonment serves the purpose of punishment better than a cruel murder.
The death penalty should be abolished as it is the same as fighting the symptoms rather than the root cause. Think about the effect of the death penalty on a social scientist? Our society is already full of violence as it is, without adding to this horrible remnant of antiquity.
