Xylem translocates

Transport through xylem involves the movement of water, minerals, some hormones and some organic substances under the main infl uence of transpiration. 
(2) Water is transported along with dissolved substances and not water alone.
(3) Not only minerals and water but some hormones and other organic substances are also transported.
(4) Hormones, along with water, minerals and some organic substances, are transported.
