Detailed Solution

In the absence of air pressure we feel difficulty in breathing, our oxygen level reduces, and our tissue gets expanded.
In a room where air pressure is low, we will not be able to breathe properly as oxygen levels will reduce. And tissues will expand.
Humans are developed to breathe at 1 atm pressure, so if the pressure reduces, they will have difficulty breathing; their oxygen level will also decrease, and the entire metabolomic reaction will be slower. Our body also produces pressure which is equal to 1atm and balanced by atmospheric pressure, so when it is in contact with lower pressure, our tissues will expand.
