All living organisms have DNA as their genetic material. Ribosomes of prokaryotes are of 70S type and eukaryotes have both 70S and 80S type of ribosomes. Cell wall is present in fungi, plantae, most of the monerans and some protistans but not in animals. Mitochondria are present only in eukaryotes but not in monerans.
