The fascicular cambium is seen in the vascular bundles during primary growth of plant. But it is inactive. Later interfascicular cambium is formed from medullary ray cells and joins with fascicular cambium to form a ring of vascular cambium. After some activity of vascular cambium, there is formation of cork cambium from cortical cells.
