The cell organelle with cis-trans polarity is
Golgi complex shows cis-trans polarity. It has a convex face directed towards endoplasmic reticulum where the vesicles of endoplasmic reticulum fuse and form cisternae of Golgi. The opposite end is concave and called as trans face where the cisternae with materials are lost in the form of vesicles. Endoplasmic reticulum, Chloroplasts and Mitochondria do not show such polarity.
