Solution

DNA polymerase III can not initiate the synthesis of daughter DNA strand on template DNA strand. It can elongate the polynucleotide strand by attaching deoxyribonucleotides to the primer in 5ʹ → 3ʹ direction. Primer is attached by Primase (RNA polymerase) by recruiting few ribonucleotides over the template DNA strand at ori which was originally separated by helicase.
