Solution

Only the vascular bundles of leaves belonging to larger veins and monocot stems have bundle sheath. This bundle sheath is sclerenchymatous in monocot stems and parenchymatous or sclerenchymatous in leaves. Bundle sheath is absent in dicot stem and root vascular bundles.
