Solution

Apical meristem of Root and stem of tracheophytes can form xylem and phloem of primary plant body. The fascicular cambium and interfascicular cambium of gymnosperms and dicot stems form secondary xylem and secondary phloem. Cork cambium does not form any xylem and phloem but forms cork which usually has dead cells and secondary cortex of secondary plant body.
